Shipping and Delivery
We will use our best endeavours to process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
At times, there are delays with delivery services. We will endeavour to let you know if you are affected by these delays. For more accurate delivery times, please check the Auspost website.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer $9.70 flat rate shipping Australia-wide for regular deliveries, or express for $12.70. Shipping is free for orders over $150.
Standard Delivery:
Under normal circumstances (excluding peak periods and Public Holidays):
- Same state: 2–5 business days
- Interstate (metro to metro): 3–6 business days
Express Delivery:
Under normal circumstances (excluding peak periods and Public Holidays):
- Same state: 1–3 business days
- Interstate (metro to metro): 2–7 business days
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping as a regular service. If you would like a quote, send us an email at hello@littlewolflabel.com with the items that you wish to purchase and we will give you an estimate of shipping costs to your location.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 12 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@littlewolflabel.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at returns@littlewolflabel.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
